She explained to me the options of a repair on my puffed heart necklace and that there was a possibility it would shatter during repair. She was very patient with me while I was trying to make my decision to take the chance. She left the decision completely up to me.
  
  Well, I took the chance and I am very pleased to say the jeweler was able to fix my heart necklace, which is 45 years old by the way.
  
  Mary Jo was genuinely happy for me. She is such a pleasant person to deal with. Very knowledgeable and competent. Such an asset to your company. I am looking at a very nice diamond ring in the store and I will definitely only do business with Mary Jo.
