  I had them install security French doors on my back entry. The install took all day (10am-8pm). The instal was terrible. The left dust everywhere, black glue stick to the door, they had to cut the metal door frame because it didn’t fit and then left a huge gap where the cut was. The door was not sealed correctly and allowed water to pass through the windows and middle of the door. They left a jagged piece of metal sticking out from the door bottom. They also cut my door security wire. I called them and sent them photos of the terrible installation. They agreed to have a more experienced installer come out. However he was unable to resolve all the issues and piled four insulation stripes on top of each other just so I could no longer see the gap at the top of the door. They did a poor job crafting the door and a poor job installing it. I had perilously purchased a front door and a side gate from them. So I am familiar with their work. This lastest purchase makes me wish I had used some one else.
