  My fiancé just left the office 10 minutes ago, and the young woman that he talked to was very short with him. He inquired about a 3 bedroom apartment ,and all she told him was that there were none available and, they require 60 days notice and, come back in a month. She didn't give any floor plans or prices nor did she give him a tour of the property to see if it was worth coming back in a month. She seemed to be more involved in her conversation with a co-worker than in leasing the apartments. From the web site the facilities look amazing. I wish he could have toured the complex to see if it really was worth both of us coming back. Customer service is key in leasing and sales and this was poor service.
